My current project will tell you who I am.

I tend to engage in projects that grab my attention. The ones that check my boxes so that I can go back to them every time without it feeling like work. Right now, most of my time goes to such a project.

Way2play is a fairly young organization (founded in late 2018) as a spin off from a regular training company. I think it is just smashing what we have achieved so far with a team of 2-3 people. It feels good to go to work every day with a smile on your face.

What I am good at or at least people say I am.

But above all, I love working with people.

Yes, I do like to work with people but it does not have to be physical meetings the whole time. I deliver my best work in a hybrid environment where a good balance exist between online and offline gatherings. OK, I admit this also has to do with the fact that I like to travel around and work from different environments while soaking up different cultures.

In general I feel more comfortable with start-ups without being disrespectful to the Fortune 500 companies I have worked for. The reason is the smaller teams, flatter hierarchy and ‘just do it’ mentality.

I love taking a business up a level in the CMM model. Maybe my Prince2 experience has something to do with it. Have a chat with me in Dutch, English, French or Spanish and tap into my +30 years experience.
